Zoe Vlachos joins Peter Vlachos at NYC's Austin IM

Ex-Credit Suisse exec joins the advisory her father founded 17 years ago. Former Credit Suisse First Boston investment-banking v.p. Zoe Vlachos has joined New York-based investment advisory Austin Investment Management , a firm founded and run by her father Peter Vlachos.

"Zoe brings an acknowledged track record in financial management that will be invaluable to Austin at this time," says the senior Vlachos. "She joins an established team of domestic and global managers, who are dedicated to Austin's proven investment process that has successfully achieved clients' goals since its inception."

Zoe Vlachos, who joins Austin Investment Management as a principal, wasn't available to comment on her appointment.

Austin Investment Management, which was founded in 1989, manages about $235 million for individual clients and institutions. --FWR
